3. Payments, Packages & Subscriptions
Pricing: Prices for fixed service packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) and custom projects are stated in USD (or as otherwise agreed) and exclude applicable local taxes unless explicitly noted.
Payment Terms: Payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon during checkout or specified in your statement of work.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Agency Assets: Bristol Tech retains ownership of all pre-existing code frameworks, proprietary tools, and general reusable code libraries used during development. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these embedded components as part of your application.
5. Confidentiality & Security
Both parties agree to treat all business information, source code, strategies, and client data disclosed during the engagement as strictly confidential. Neither party will share sensitive information with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bristol Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, website, or custom software applications.
7. Service Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or website access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in unlawful activities. You may terminate services subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
